Tavender Druce provides design services from initial feasibility studies through to fully coordinated design‑and‑build packages. Our in‑house CAD and design team can verify, develop and co‑ordinate consultant tender and design‑intent drawings and 3D models, or produce complete designs from first principles. Where projects demand additional capacity or specialist modelling, we work with trusted external consultant engineers and BIM partners to deliver detailed, coordinated MEP 3D models using industry‑standard software, ensuring constructability, clash‑free coordination and seamless handover to site teams.

Tavender Druce delivers cost‑effective, innovative electrical design and installation solutions, together with full Test & Commission services to meet the highest industry standards. Our experienced engineers work across commercial, education, healthcare, retail and residential projects, providing practical electrical installations tailored to each client’s operational and regulatory needs. As a single multi‑disciplined contractor we provide fully coordinated M&E packages that simplify site interfaces and programmes. Our electrical and mechanical teams collaborate from design through completion to ensure clash‑free, correctly sequenced installations, commissioned to perform reliably and delivered to the highest safety and compliance standards.
Testing & Commissioning
Tavender Druce provides comprehensive Testing and Commissioning services to meet client specifications and relevant codes of practice, including guidance published by CIBSE and BSRIA. We deliver independent, evidence‑based verification that systems are installed, set up and performing to design intent and statutory requirements, and we supply full certification and handover documentation to support operational acceptance.
